Here’s another revamp for Alex Kannok Leipert - @kannok41 

1. Alex is a smart, stay at home Thai defenseman from Nakhonratchasima, Thailand. He was raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. 

2. After playing AAA hockey in Regina, he was drafted in the 4th round by the @whlgiants in the 2015 @whlhockey Draft. 

3. He made his junior debut as a 16-year old in 2016 with the Giants and would go on to become a fan favorite for his all-out style and tough play. He would go on to play 4 seasons for the Giants, serving as the captain of the team for his final 2 years. He would record 83 points over 219 games. 

4. In 2018, Alex made history by being the FIRST Thai born player to be drafted by an @nhl team, the @capitals in the 6th round of the Entry Draft. 

5. Alex has practiced with the Thailand National team and has since signed an @theahl contract with the @abbotsfordcanucks, where he is currently suiting up.
