Arvin Atwal @arvinatwal - 

1. Arvin is a strong, dependable two-way Indo Canadian defenseman from Surrey, BC. He started skating at 3 and playing hockey at 5. 

2. Arvin played parts of five seasons in the @westernhockeyleague with the @whlgiants and @whlhurricanes. He eclipsed the 100-point plateau in his major junior career, recording 25 goals and 83 assists in 225 career games. Arvin broke out for a career-best year in his final season in the W with the Canes in 2015-16, putting up career-highs in goals (11), assists (39) and points (50). 

3. He went pro in 2016 playing for the farm teams associated with the @buffalosabres and @predsnhl. He has played for the @theahl @amerkshockey and @mkeadmirals, as well as the @echlhockey @cincycyclones and @fl_everblades. 

4. He transformed his game into a more physical one, as evidenced by his 214 PIMs with the Cyclones in 2018-19 and consecutive 100+ PIMs in 23 games with the Blades in the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons. 

5. Arvin led the Coast in PIMs per game last season and should be a tough force on the blueline next season for @hk_spisskanovaves, who he recently signed with in the Slovak professional league.
