Garet Hunt  - 

1. Garet is a left winger who was born in Maple Ridge, BC. His grandparents were Chinese immigrants from Shenzhen. 

2. Garet is mostly known for his tough, physical game and “anything for the team” attitude. In 4.5 seasons with the @whlgiants, he scored a modest 41 points but racked up 542 PIMs. 

3. He was never drafted but has enjoyed a long minor league career. By 2019, he set the @echlhockey record for most PIMs with 2,146 in 9 seasons. 

4. He was a fan favorite with the @stocktonthunder, where he played 7 seasons. He was an assistant captain for 1 season and the captain for 3. 

5. Garet joined the @krschina for the 2019-2020 season as a heritage player. In 28 games, he had 1 assist and 63 PIMs. He has returned to North America and is currently back in the ECHL with the @wheelingnailers.
