Go Tanaka @go14tnk  - 

1. Go was a legendary and highly decorated Japanese center from Sapporo. 

2. He enjoyed a 14-year pro career. From 2006-09, he played in the Asia League for the @seibuprincessrabbits, accumulating 77 points in 97 games. He also spent a season in Germany with @esv_kaufbeuren in 2009-10, where he scored 26 points in 47 games. 

3. Go then returned to Japan to serve as the captain of the @freeblades. Over 375 games, he racked up 417 points and led the team to 3 Asia League championships. 

4. Go also regularly represented Japan in the World Championships, capturing 6 Bronze and 2 Silver medals, as well as a Gold, Silver, and Bronze medal in World Junior Championship play. 

5. After a storied career, Go retired from hockey in 2020 at the age of 37. An awesome farewell ceremony was held, where his Free Blades teammates wore his jersey and lifted him above their shoulders mid-ice. In addition, @bmarch63, who knew Go through their fitness coach, sent a video message to Go that was played on the Jumbotron.
