Next up is another Japanese legend and a follower! Masahito Nishiwaki @nishiwaki_masahito11 -
1. Masa is an offensively gifted Japanese winger from Kushiro.
2. He was a star for Japan’s D2 World Junior Championships team, capturing Silver and Gold medals, which paved the way to his pro career.
3. Masa’s first two years of pro were spent with the @easthokkaido.cpa from 2005-2007, where he recorded 99 points in 72 games and won his first Asia League championship.
4. Masa then brought his game to North America in 2007-2008, playing for the @echlhockey Dayton Bombers and racking up 31 points in 64 games.
5. Thereafter, Masa returned home to the Cranes, winning 2 more Asia League championships and 5 more medals in D1 World Championship tournaments. A proven winner, hopefully Masa will continue helping the game grow in Japan!
Also, how about the graphic explaining what intent to injure is? Pretty vicious, Marty McSorley!
