The next is an ultra rare jersey tag update for @nickrobertson01. I won’t archive my prior post and bio of his, so be sure to check it out! I love the @adidashockey tag and knowing that this unique collectible is the only one in existence! This guy has been on fire since returning from injury and has notched 7 points in 8 games for the @torontomarlies this season!

Prior bio: 

1. Nick is a Filipino American who grew up in Southern California. 

2. His brother, Jason @jasonrob19, plays for the @dallasstars. 

3. Their dad bought an RV so that his three sons finished their homework at the hockey rink while they waited to practice. 

4. Nick was born three months premature on 9/11/01 and had to spend a month in the NICU, surviving a major health scare. 

5. Before the @nhl draft (he was taken 53rd overall by the @mapleleafs in 2019), he volunteered at a camp for Asian kids who wanted to get involved in hockey. Nick remarked, “It was cool. They looked up to me — maybe because I told them I was in the @ohlofficial, but maybe because I’m Asian.”

This guy is a true inspiration and a model for resilience. I’m definitely pulling for him!
