Nick Wong @nickanwong - 

1. Nick is a hard working Chinese Canadian center from rural Erin, Ontario. He grew up in a farm 60 kilometers away from Toronto. As such, most of his training was spent at distant rinks or playing floor hockey against his brothers in the family basement. 

2. As a 3-year old, he was scared of the Zamboni, and his mother coaxed him to overcome his fear by rewarding him with tokens for the rink’s toy machine (which contained miniature @nhl cups) each time Nick completed a skating lesson. He still has the countless toy cups from these lessons in a drawer. 

3. After starring in the @gthlhockey, Nick won a Silver medal with the World Junior Championship U-17 squad in 2017. 

4. He played two seasons with the @oshawageneralsohl, scoring 36 points in 100 games. 

5. Nick last played in the @ohlofficial with the @kingstonfrontsohl, scoring 47 points in 90 games. He is currently rostered as an assistant captain for the @saginawspirit for the 2021-22 season.
