The next post is about a kid from my hometown, Preston Park @parksys_p - 

1. Preston is a skilled, sniping Korean American forward from Rancho Palos Verdes, California. 

2. He’s the son of former @nhl veteran, Richard Park. 

3. Preston played his youth hockey in the Junior Kings organization and then went on to play for his high school, @boscoathletics. In high school, he was a prolific scorer (47 points in 18 career games, including a time where he scored 10 points in a 13-0 game) while excelling in academics (principal’s honor roll and valedictorian status). 

4. After finishing off AAA hockey with the Junior Kings, Preston went to the NCDC in 2019-20 to suit up for the @njrcyclones. He served as the captain of the team in his second season while tallying 31 points in 77 career games. 

5. Preston then enrolled in college at the @msoeraidershockey, where he currently has 6 points in 18 @ncaaicehockey games for the Raiders.

Preston is a tremendous athlete and respectful kid; it’s great to see him excel off the ice while still playing the game he loves!
