Roman Basran @romanroman1 - 

1. Roman is a tall, athletic Indo Canadian goalie from Delta, BC. 

2. He was a solid goalie in the @csshl, suiting up for the @delta.hockey.academy and @yha_lions. 

3. His first @westernhockeyleague season with the @kelownarocketswhl was cut short due to a torn ACL in the 2017-18 season. 

4. During the summer of 2018, Roman faced severe adversity, as his mother unexpectedly passed away, followed later by the tragic death of his close friend and mentor, former NHLer Ray Emery. Such adversity gave Roman the strength to reset and focus on being the best goalie he can be. 

5. While he has not been drafted by an @nhl team yet, he continues to put up solid numbers for the Rockets. His size, athleticism, and perseverance should attract pro teams looking for a budding prospect.
