1. Roman is a stud Japanese goalie from Kyoto. His family moved to Nova Scotia at the age of 7. 

2. He spent his youth hockey playing in Nova Scotia before his junior career excelled in the @mjhlhockey. He played 2 seasons for the @mjhlpistons. In his second season (2016-17), he led the Pistons with a 38-7-0 record, was named to the MJHL All-Star First Team, and received the league’s Top Goaltender Award. He was also named his team’s MVP. 

3. From 2017-20, Roman played @ncaaicehockey with @lakestateu / @lssuathletics. Over 5 games, he had a 1-2-0 record. In his sophomore and junior seasons, Roman was named to the @wcha_mhockey All-Academic Team and a recognized as his team’s WCHA Scholar-Athlete. He was also a teammate of @yukimiura36, who was previously featured on this account. Roman graduated as valedictorian of his class with a bachelors degree in mathematics and a minor in accounting and finance in 2020. 

4. Roman then returned to Canada to pursue an MBA at the @upei in 2020-21. 5. Since graduating, Roman has been playing professional hockey in Japan with the @h.c.tochigi_nikko_icebucks.
