Steve Kariya - 

1. Steve is the middle brother of the Kariya bros trio. He is Japanese Canadian and from Vancouver. 

2. Steve torched the @bchockeyleague with the @nanaimoclippers, scoring 99 points in 60 games. 

3. He followed Paul’s footsteps at the @blackbearnation, playing 4 years and accumulating 187 points. He was also the team captain for 2 years, named to the All Academic team for 3 years, named the @hockey_east Most Sportsmanlike Player for 3 years, and a Hobey Baker Finalist. He won an @ncaaicehockey championship in 1998-99. 

4. Steve went undrafted but signed with his hometown @canucks. He played 65 NHL games and scored 27 points. 

5. During the lockout, he went to Europe, where he finished off his career in Sweden and Finland over 6 seasons. Steve now works as a scout for the @ny_islanders.
