Next up is a rising star in the WHL, Trevor Wong @trevorwong_ 🇨🇳🇮🇩 - 

1. Trevor is a speedy, offensively gifted Canadian forward from Vancouver who is of Chinese and Indonesian descent. 

2. As a teen, he starred for St. George’s U-15 squad, leading the team to a championship in 2017-2018 and receiving individual recognition as the league’s MVP and top scorer with 141 points in 3 games (including most goals [64] and assists [77]). 

3. Trevor was drafted 18th overall by the @kelownarocketswhl in 2018, and he has improved each year amassing 23 points in 69 @whlgiants games. 

4. He was courted by Denver University but ultimately chose the junior route. 

5. Aside from leading the Rockets in scoring this season, Trevor has taken a leadership role with the young team and vigorously trained while the league was shut down due to the pandemic. He is NHL draft eligible this summer, and here’s hoping that @nhl teams will recognize the sheer skill and awareness he brings to the table!
