Another revision of one of my first posts. This is Ty Schultz @ty_schultz15 - 

1. Ty is a puck moving Canadian defenseman of Chinese descent from New Westminster, BC, who speaks Chinese fluently. His grandmother, Zheng Fengrong, was the first female Chinese athlete to set a world record when she high-jumped 1.77 meters in 1975. His sister is Olympian Nina Schultz. 

2. As a kid, Ty played for a Beijing youth team that won an international banner in a Montreal tournament. 

3. After starring for the @burnaby_winter_club, he was selected 16th overall by the @medhattigers in the 2012 @westernhockeyleague Entry Draft. 

4. He played 3 seasons for the Tigers notching 50 points in 186 games. 

5. In a bid to represent China in the 2022 Olympics, Ty has played the last two seasons for the @krs_bsu_vhl and @krschina. This season, he has 2 points in 12 KHL games for the Red Star.
