Here’s another improvement of one of my first posts, as my shoddy camerawork and early bio weren’t great! Brandon Wong @brandonwonghockey -
1. Brandon was a dynamic Chinese Canadian forward from Victoria, BC. His favorite player was Paul Kariya.
2. He was a prolific scorer in junior hockey, with his best season occurring in 2005-06 as an assistant captain for the @bchlcentennials. He led the @bchockeyleague in points with 116 in 60 games. He was also named the Cents’ MVP.
3. Brandon enrolled in college with @qu_mih after his junior career. In his rookie season (2006-07), he scored 44 points in 40 games and was named the @ecachockey Rookie of the Year. Over his 4-year college career, Brandon racked up 143 points in 145 NCAA games and was a Hobey Baker candidate.
4. Brandon then enjoyed a 9-year pro career through North America (@theahl and @echlhockey), Sweden, Denmark, the UK, Germany, and China (Part of the @krschina organization with @krs_bsu_vhl and @hckrs.heilongjiang).
5. He’s now a skills coach who runs his own hockey camps!
