Madoka Suzuki @madokasuzuki_  – 


1. Madoka is a fast, two-way Japanese winger from Kanagawa. Growing up, Madoka fell in love with hockey at a young age, and at 14, he relocated from Japan to Canada with his mother and sister to pursue his hockey dreams. 


2. Madoka’s introduction to North American hockey began in the ETAHL playing AAA for the U-16 @quintereddevils in 2015-16. In his rookie season, he scored 21 points in 34 games. He followed that up with 44 points in 40 games playing for the club’s AAA U-18 team. 


3. Beginning in 2017, Madoka played in the @ojhlofficial for the @cobourgcougars and @ojhldukes. Over 93 OJHL games, he accumulated 31 points. 


4. Madoka then joined the Canadian Central Hockey League to suit up for the @kemptville.73s. In 2019-20, he led the team in scoring with 59 points in 61 games, while also serving as an alternate captain. 


5. In 2020, Madoka played @ncaaicehockey with @liuniversity (notching an assist in 8 games) before transferring to @carleton_u, where he scored 4 points in 8 games. While attending college, Madhoka was also part of Japan’s Silver medal @iihfhockey D1B World Championship team.
