Mark Matsuba @mark_matsuba - 

1. Mark was a versatile, offensive minded Japanese Canadian defenseman from Spruce Grove, Alberta. 

2. He grew up playing in the Alberta Major Hockey League system, where he displayed adeptness as a puck moving defenseman. 

3. He played 2 years in the @westernhockeyleague with the @bdnwheatkings, recording 10 points in 86 games. At times, he even played forward due to the team’s injuries. In 2015-2016, he helped the Wheat Kings to win a WHL championship. 

4. After that season, Mark stepped away from hockey for personal reasons. 

5. Mark attempted a comeback to hockey with the @st.albertmerchants the following season and had a productive year (22 points in 30 games), but he retired from hockey after one season.
