Mathew Ward @matward10  - 

1. Mathew is a fast and highly skilled, Japanese Canadian forward from Kamloops, BC. 

2. He is the middle of three hockey playing brothers. His oldest brother, @benward._, played 4 years in the @bchockeyleague with the @bchlcentennials. His younger brother, @_samward11, also played for the Cents and was recently signed by the @swiftcurrentbroncos as a 16-year old. 

3. As a Bantam, Mathew starred for the prestigious @delta.hockey.academy from 2017-19, where he led the team in scoring for 2 seasons with 30 points (in 30 games) and 64 points (also in 30 games). 

4. Mathew then joined the @westvanwarriors in 2019-20, where he was teammates with super prospect @_connorbedard and finished third in team scoring with 64 points in 34 games. The team was on its way to contending for a league championship before the season was cut short by the pandemic. 

5. Mathew was drafted in 2019 by the Broncos, where he is currently suiting up. This season, he is leading the team in scoring with 57 points in 63 games. Overall, he has 79 points in 87 career @westernhockeyleague games to date, making him a highly touted prospect for the 2022 @nhl Entry Draft.
