Tyler Chan @tylerchan23 - 

1. “Channer” is a tenacious, versatile, and physical Chinese Canadian forward from Burnaby. He patterns his game after @nhlbruins captain Patrice Bergeron. He was not raised in a hockey family, but he watched the @canucks with his dad and fell in love with the game. 

2. Tyler played for the prominent @burnaby_winter_club in minor hockey, where he was a consistent scoring threat and notched over a point a game. 

3. In 2018-19, Tyler torched the @csshl leading the league in scoring with 69 points in 28 games playing for the U-15 Varsity team. He followed that season up with 36 points in 30 games playing for the U-15 Prep level. 

4. His versatility and scoring prowess compelled the @spokanechiefs to draft him 100th overall in the 2020 @westernhockeyleague Bantam Draft. 

5. This is Tyler’s rookie season in juniors; he has notched 8 points in 41 @bchockeyleague games playing for the @vernonvipersbchl. He will no doubt continue to develop as a solid, two-way player armed with deadly offensive skills.
