Today’s post is a rare upgrade that I’ve been searching for. This gorgeous card features the legendary Yutaka Fukufuji (@fuji44), the first Japanese-born NHLer, and he played for none other than my @lakings. What makes this card so special is that it is signed in tategaki, and most of the same versions of this card signed by Yutaka were in English cursive (see one of my prior posts for comparison). Yutaka is still an incredibly popular player in Japan, and he’s still playing at the age of 39, having recently won a Silver medal for Japan at the @iihfhockey D1B World Championships.
